Overview:

Join us for a unique, MBA-style workshop built around case studies — designed for Cloud Operations and FinOps teams responsible for governing and optimizing usage in the AI era. You’ll work through fictional company scenarios, discuss with your peers, and present your recommendations, covering high-cost, fast-moving AI workloads and infrastructure like GPUs, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and more.
